Coming in from the North or East
If you are coming into Vernon from either Kamloops or Sicamous. Take 32nd St. into town. Go through town to 25th Ave, a main intersection with Earl's Restaurant and Polson Park with the fountain at the entrance, on the other side.Turn right on 25th Ave and go approximately 18 km. The name of the road changes as you progress out to here, from 25th Ave to Okanagan Landing Road and finally to Eastside Rd.
You will think you are lost, but as long as you are alongside the lake you're ok. When you are almost here, you will pass the entrance to Ellison Park. Go approximately 1 km where you turn right onto Russell Rd. Russell runs straight into Inkster Rd. Go along the chain link fence to the turn around. Our house is on the right. The number 200 is on the tree next to our driveway.
Coming in from the West
If you are coming into Vernon from the West, Vancouver, Merritt, Kelowna, Hwy 97, come down the long hill, past the hospital to 25th Ave, the first light at the bottom of the hill, and a main intersection with Polson Park with the fountain at the entrance, on your right, and on the opposite side, Earl's Restaurant.Turn left on 25th. Ave and go approximately 18 km. The name of the road changes as you progress out to here, from 25th Ave to Okanagan Landing Road and finally to Eastside Rd.
